So, the Olympic Games in Beijing are over and Team GB has done a fantastic job with so many medals.

Sports Training

Our sportsmen and women have all worked hard over recent years to get to the Olympic Games, including Tom Daley who's doing a blog on this site. What do you think of all the training they do? Is it worth the effort? Could you see yourself working that hard for to be best in your chosen sport? Or do you? Have you already won medals for your sport?
