Travelling, stand up comedy and the cinema. Seeing places while competing in sport is difficult due to the competition schedules. Leon has recently been to Australia and Bali and in 2003 had four weeks backpacking in South Africa. His favourite comedian at the moment is Russell Brand and his favourite film in 2007 so far was Transformers as he remembers playing with the toys. |

Leon is currently studying part time at Sheffield Hallam University. This allows him to train full time at the Ponds Forge Leisure Centre for the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008. He aims to go one better than his silver medal in Athens 2004. So find out what he has been up to.
