On Thursday 12th November, Solutions SK’s School Catering team at Harrytown High School arranged a Chinese Theme Day. Yun Chun Shek, known to her work colleagues as Jenny, prepared authentic Chinese food which went down a storm with the students at the school.

The menu consisted of dumplings, chowmein, sweet and sour to name but a few, and was prepared fresh on the premises by Jenny with the help of the team. Jenny went the extramile by hand crafting fruit and presenting flower arrangements.

The afternoon was a huge success and brought in new faces to the dining room, along with many staff members.
