Pupils at St Anne’s RC High School have scooped nearly 30 prizes in ahealthy meals promotion organised by Solutions SK Ltd. Secondary school pupils in eight schools across Stockport still have theopportunity to win great prizes every day for the next week in March aspart of the promotion. Every time a student buys a £1.75 'Meal Deal' from the menu they are given a voucher with a unique code to enter into a website to see if they've won a prize. To date St Anne’s pupils have had the highest number of entries across the participating schools in Stockport. Winners at the school include Alex Boswell who has had three wins including 2 £5 Amazon vouchers and a Samsung digital camera. Nicholas Saunders won a Blu-ray disc player, Jake Cunningham, Nicole Carroll, Robert Wightman and others won £15 i-tunes vouchers. Paul Smyth, Charlie Burkitt, Ruby Baig and many others won £5 Amazon vouchers. Other prizes still up for grabs include £15 i-tunes vouchers, a Flip andtrade camcorder and £5 Amazon vouchers. And at the end of the promotion all entries - whether a daily winner or not - will be entered into a grand draw to win a Nintendo Wii console and Wii Fit plus. Fiona Taylor, Assistant Headteacher at St Anne’s RC High School, said: “We have welcomed a number of initiatives which show our commitment to giving all pupils opportunities to make healthy lifestyle choices. The meal deal promotion has been a success due to the excellent quality of the freshly prepared food that the schools meal team serve each day.
