Solutions SK Ltd, Stockport Council's wholly owned company has teamed up with Trafford Council to improve health and safety in school kitchens.

Solutions SK and Trafford Council have been working together to produce a DVD which highlights health and safety issues to employees working in school kitchens.

The production of this DVD follows on from the success of a similar health and safety DVD for refuse, recycling & street cleansing employees in Stockport.

Filming for the DVD has taken place over eight days and has been split between the two boroughs. The The DVD is due to be completed early in the new year  and is designed to complement the scripted induction and task talks for new and existing employees.
