Karen Hargreaves, Area Manager for School Catering submitted three entries at the LACA conference this year, entering ‘Best Decorated Novelty Cake’, ‘Best Sandwich/Wrap for High Schools’ and the ‘Best Biscuit’ categories. Karen was awarded Certificate of Merit for her Cake, Best in Class for her Sandwich/Wrap and a Bronze award for her Biscuits, which was an amazing result and she is already thinking of ideas for next year.
