TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1. This promotion is open to young people who attend school in the local authorities participating in the You Go 4 It website. The current list of authorities participating is shown on the home page of www.yougo4it.co.uk 2. Young people entering this competition must be in school years 7 to 13. 3. All completed entries must be received by 6th July 2008 and no entries will be accepted after this date. 4. To be entered into the competition entries must be complete and include a hyperlink to a video entry. The video should be hosted at the given URL until the competition judging is complete and the entrant is responsible for ensuring this is the case. 5. No responsibility will be accepted for technical issues resulting in entries not being received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. 6. The judging will take place within seven days of the closing date and the owner of the winning video as judged by AVF Marketing Ltd will win the prize. 7. This competition is limited to one entry per person. 8. The winner will be informed by their school teaching staff. The local authority catering team will provide the school with the winning name. 9. The winning video will appear on the website and by entering this competition you agree to provide AVF Marketing with the source video files to transfer to a suitable format to appear on the You Go 4 It website. 10. The video may be edited to remove offensive material or where necessary protect those involved. 11. As the entrant of the competition you are responsible for getting written permission from all third parties involved in the video for it to be entered in this competition and if a winner to be displayed on the website. 10. The winners name will not be displayed on the website without prior written consent from the winner’s teaching staff. 11. The prize will be dispatched within 28 days of the winning video being placed on the You Go 4 It website and the prize will be sent to the winner via their school. 12. The prize is not transferable and no cash or credit alternative is available. 13. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14.
